Since it’s found in 2008, Knitwear Innovation and Design Society (KIDS) has successfully held many editions of “Hong Kong Young Knitwear Designers’ Contest”. In the past, the Contests only allowed youngsters from Hong Kong to participate. In recent years, there are increasing of interactions between Hong Kong and other cities in the Greater Bay Area, and also some Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area integration policies gradual implemented by our Government. In response to these integration policies, this year for the first time, the Contest not only allows youngsters from Hong Kong to join but also allows those from other cities in the Greater Bay Area to participate, whereas the Contest is renamed as “Young Knitwear Designers’ Contest”
